The Senior Staff Team are proud to announce the very first batch of Staff Applications are opening soon.

Please read through that before applying.
The application format can be found at the bottom of this post, but see first the timeline of the application process:
March 18th: Announce applications
March 21st: Open Applications
March 28th: Send out the first batch of quizzes
April 11th: Applications close
April 18th: Final acceptance messages sent out.
This is a rough timeline of the process, we will amend these dates when necessary.
This is the first time we are doing these types of applications and a lot of work behind the scenes as been done to make this possible. Of course with any new system, your feedback and comments would be appreciated! We are always looking to improve and refine this system to make our jobs and yours as applicants much easier.

The user must display the following criteria as a MINIMUM. Failure to meet these criteria will result in an instant denial.
- Consistent Discord activity and community interaction.
- Display Christian attitudes and values actively within the community.
- Must not be banned on any Crafting For Christ platforms.
- Must speak fluent English.
- Must have access or the ability to record game/desktop capture.

- Please answer all questions with as much detail as possible and with proper spelling and grammar.
Section 1: Basic Information
- What is your Username?
- What is your Age?
- What Timezone do you live in?
- Do you have access to recording software?
- What is your preferred communication platform?
Section 2: Self-Reflection & Evaluation
These types of questions will assess your character and personality.
What qualities do you believe a leader should possess and why? Do you think you have these qualities?
What do you believe you can contribute to the Staff Team?
What are your greatest strengths and weaknesses and how do you believe this will affect your performance as a Staff Member?
How do you handle and resolve conflict? What is your personal approach?
Do you have any previous experience working in a team environment?
Section 3: General Scenarios
The following questions will assess your situational judgement.
Scenario 1: Two Staff Members are in a heated argument regarding a punishment. It starts off rather civil but when one Staff Member makes a personal comment to the other, it becomes more heated and it becomes a hostile conversation. How do you, as the only Staff Member available to deal with the situation, respond?
Scenario 2: You get some feedback from a Senior Staff Member regarding your recent performance. They make a comment that you do not particularly agree with. This Senior is known for being tough on people and you’ve also had arguments with this one in the past. How do you handle the situation?
Scenario 3: You punish a player for cheating on the Server and you get clear video of them doing so. The player appeals their punishment and when you go to check the video, the file is corrupted. The player is adamant they were not cheating but you know they were. How do you proceed?
Scenario 4: You are chatting in the Discord Server when a player joins and starts being disrespectful. You warn him not to do it again and he instead private messages you with slurs and insults. How do you proceed?
Scenario 5: You’re in another Discord Server with another Staff Member who is sharing screenshots of the private staff chat. There is nothing too revealing in the screenshots but are still from a confidential chat. Nobody seems to mind and it’s quickly forgotten and everyone moves on but you aren’t okay with it. How do you proceed?
Section 4: Other
This section is just for the Administration team and will not impact or even affect your application, it is simply for feedback purposes
